This pair of mismatched earrings features a hoop made with coral-colored crystal using a crochet technique. It is inspired by the jewellery crafted in Torre del Greco, a small town on the Gulf of Naples which is a cradle of the arts and has a long tradition of working coral. The other earring is gold-plated and inspired by the traditional Italian "centrini", "pizzi" and "merletti" which are artisanal laceworks.

Ilenia, the designer behind Italian Hands, gets her inspiration from her love for her native country, Italy, and her desire to spread this passion around the world. All jewels are handmade by Paola Di Leonardo, an artisan based in Senigallia, a small port town on Italy's Adriatic coast.
