Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that the shipping times depend on your location and the designer's location.

For local deliveries (i.e. if you live in the same country as where the product ships from), delivery takes between 1 and 4 business days.

For international deliveries, timelines vary and usually take between 7-21 business days. Once your order is confirmed, our Customer Care Team will send you the estimated date of delivery together with the tracking information, if applicable.

If you want to place an order that is time-sensitive, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@thejobos.com before placing your order, specifying your shipping address, so that we can check exact delivery timelines for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & exchange policies vary from a designer to another. The relevant policies are specified on the product pages. If no policy is specified, please assume that the product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For all designers that accept refunds & exchanges, all shipping fees associated to the return/exchange will be at the customer's charge. Also please note that the products will only be refunded/exchanged if they meet the following conditions:
1. Returned products must be in the original condition as received, ie. new
2. Returned products must be unworn and unwashed
3. Where applicable, all original tags, packaging and garment bags must be intact
If the product is returned to in an unsuitable condition, it may be sent back to you and the refund/exchanged refused.
